Changes made at short notice
For organisational reasons, we reserve the right to adjust the times or locations of courses due to events which occur at short notice. The course organiser can replace the course leader at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to make changes to the program and prices..
Number of participants and conduction
In order to be able to conduct our courses under ideal conditions, we set a minimum and maximum number of participants for every learning programme. Places on courses are assigned according to the order of registration (subject to payment on time).
- The minimum number of participants for the first aid course is 8, the maximum is 12.
- The minimum number of participants for the traffic safety course is 3 participants, the maximum is 12 participants.
- The minimum number of participants in the basic course Motorbike is 3 participants, the maximum is 5 participants.
- The minimum number of participants for driving training courses depends on what is being offered.
In case of an insufficient number of participants, as a rule the course will not be conducted and the course fees will be waived or repaid. If the class does not have enough participants, it is possible in individual cases that we will conduct the course with the course participants consent, but that the course fees will be adjusted.
During the registration process, please make sure that you provide us with a telephone number where you can be reached.
Payment modalities
Payment will be made in Swiss francs. If an invoice is issued, the specified payment terms must be observed. A fee of CHF 15.00 will be charged for each reminder.
Course exclusion policy
The course management reserves the right to exclude participants from a course which is already underway for a compelling reason. Course fees will not be refunded in case of a course exclusion.

If you are unable to attend for health reasons, we require you to send us a medical certificate. Otherwise, you will be charged the course fee.
